CALL: CERV-2025-CITIZENS-TOWN-NT

DURATION: 01/12/2025 – 30/11/2027

SUMMARY

ARTE aims to establish a network among five cities — Mola di Bari in Italy, Shkoder in Albania, Guimarães in Portugal, Tuzi in Montenegro and Thessaloniki in Greece — promoting joint cultural initiatives, sustainable collaboration and knowledge exchange. To that purpose, it aims to increase young people’s participation in EU social, cultural and economic life through artistic expression, bringing together people living in the EU and in candidate countries through the following ACTIVITIES:

  • ON-LINE TRAINING that will involve young participants (18-30 years old) from all partner countries to learn about EU history and opportunities for jobs, study, growth and discovery for youth;
  • LOCAL ARTISTIC WORKSHOPS that will be implemented in each partner country and involve young people to express their vision of Europe, their expectations deriving from being (or becoming) a European citizen in terms of personal growth, social relations, career, etc. through different artistic means and languages (singing, painting, drawing, dancing, playing instruments, etc.);
  • INTERNATIONAL EVENTS that will be held in Italy, Portugal and Albania to show the artistic products created during local workshops, share the experience of the youth involved, allow local citizens and international guests and experts to know more in details EU history and policies and exchange their relevant opinions, understand the benefits of being part of the EU and reinforce its social and political cohesion.
